Subscribe

The Subscribe block adds a Constant Contact email subscription form to the page. To use this block, the form first needs to be generated in Constant Contact in the Sign-up Forms section. Please refer to Constant Contact's documentation on how to create an inline form to embed.

Once the form is generated, you will need the form ID for use with the Subscribe block. This can be found by viewing the inline code and copying the value seen in the data-form-id attribute.

To set-up a subscribe block, paste the form ID value into the Form ID field in the right hand inspector of the block. If the form is collecting email only, toggle on the Email Only switch, which will optimize the form display for email only forms. If the form is being used on a dark background color, you can toggle on the Remove Borders switch, which will remove the borders around the fields that are not needed when forms are used on dark background colors.

It's important to note that a single form ID cannot be used more than once on the same page. If multiple forms are needed on a single page, a form must be set-up in Constant Contact for each instance on the page.
